Вкусовые предпочтения русского человека для многих иностранцев остаются загадкой. Совершенно не ясно, отчего столь велика разница между пристрастиями в еде у разных народов. Менталитет, воспитание, детские привычки, климат – все эти факторы способствуют формированию культуры питания.

Каждый народ может похвалиться особенностями кухни и национальными блюдами. Но хочется обратить внимание на русские продукты, которые вызывают искреннее удивление у зарубежного гостя.

  1. Холодец и заливная рыба. Так называемое желе с мясом или рыбой любит большинство жителей России. Без этих блюд редко обходится праздничное застолье. Однако иностранцы, которые привыкли, что желе – это десерт, совершенно не понимают, как застывший бульон может быть вкусным. Поэтому не каждый решится попробовать местное лакомство.
  2. Говяжий язык и печень. Славянские народы прекрасно готовят из внутренних органов животных. В то время как иностранцы выкидывают субпродукты и не употребляют этот вид мяса. Русский человек считает говяжий язык деликатесом. Его появление на столе говорит о достатке в доме. Но приезжие не всегда разделяют восторг наших граждан. Большинство брезгуют и даже отказываются пробовать язык коровы или печень, сдобренную специями.

  1. Что за взбросы русофобских статеек ?Америкосы пусть валят к себе в Америку и устанавливают себе меню,устанавливают порядки усебя.

    • Где логика? Сами же и купились на этот «взброс». Наверное, специально для таких его и делали?

  4. Что за адский бред? Квашеная капуста присутствует в каждой второй кухне мира. В немецкой кухне без неё никуда, в любой азиаткой кухне тоже есть своя версия квашеной капусты. Во всей восточной Европе жрут квашеную капусту. Автор, гуглани прежде чем писать.

  5. Ничего, что квашеная капуста- хит немецкой, польской и других европейских кухонь? Или для вас иностранец- это исключительно американец?

  7. Аффтар бредит. Например потомки недобитый фошистов и истинные арийцы едят абсолютно все. В употреблении мяса они могут дать фору нашим. У них идёт в употребление абсолютно все, даже перетираются и измалываются кости. То что не съедят люди, идёт на корм дом животным и на удобрения.

В Германии едят и печень, и язык, и капусту в различных приготовлениях, холодца, как такового у них нет, но сальтисон, зельц всегда есть в продаже, а еще у них есть аспик, это наше мясное заливное из рульки… Они практически не едят гречку, но при этом она есть в специальных био-отделах в магазинах. Автору просто надо было поглубже изучить предмет, прежде чем выставлять его на всеобщее обозрение.

  10. Автор забыл про окрошку написать . Вот уж это блюдо точно не понимают иностранцы .

  11. Мой зять Голландец из Амстердама, ему очень понравилась окрошка и он готов каждый день её кушать, ещё полюбил борщ, пельмени, а второй зять Исландец, так его вся семья полюбила наш борщь и оливье!

  16. Севиче — рыба с зеленью. Потребляет миллиард человек в Южной Америке.
    Жареная солёная сельдь — центральная и западная Африка, Вьетнам, Лаос. И даже очень вкусно готовят.
    Франция — заливные лягушачьи лапки — Последний Писк.
    Китай — высушенные хвостики крыс — Супер деликатес.
    Избитые собаки — народы крайнего севера, Корея, Индокитай.
    КОШКИ — СУПЕР ДЕЛИКАТЕС на Гаити, Север Африки.
    СписЬки можно продолжать и т.д. и т.п.
    А еда у народов России — самая ИЗУМИТЕЛЬНАЯ.
    В какой-либо стране мира останавливаюсь. Приглашаю к столу, где мною приготовленные блюда. И сразу — уважение у окружающих.
    А Вы, дамочка, свою фобию и брезгливость себе в ж..у засуньте. От геморроя мозга помогает.
